Begin with half a tablet (20mcg) daily and assess response over 3-5 days before increasing. Typical effective range is 40-80mcg daily. Take in the morning for alignment with natural circadian thyroid output. Taper down gradually when discontinuing — do not stop abruptly. Cycle duration is typically 6-8 weeks. Best results are achieved when stacked with anabolic compounds to offset the catabolic effect on muscle tissue. Adequate protein intake is critical during use.
T3 is catabolic — at elevated doses it will break down muscle tissue along with fat unless an anabolic compound is used alongside it. Suppresses natural TSH and thyroid output; after discontinuation, thyroid function may take several weeks to normalize. Can increase heart rate and cause sweating, anxiety, and heat intolerance.
