5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to serviceable addresses across the USA. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Opened products cannot be returned due to safety reasons
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours

Our QR verification system collects device fingerprint data to prevent fraud and verify product authenticity. By using this feature, you consent to this data collection. Each QR code can only be verified once to protect against counterfeiting.
